At Vedu Agarbatti, we take great care in crafting premium quality agarbattis and dhoop products. However, we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. This Refund and Return Policy explains your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the order number and a valid reason for the return.
  • Products that are damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging when you file your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless they are damaged).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or COD credit).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our side.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us with a photo and we will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
